The Shamanic Breathwork™ Experience is a ceremony — a pathway to accelerated growth with the potential to shift and enlighten your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Using nothing but the pure, life-giving power of your own breath, you are guided into the deep, timeless states that shamanic traditions have journeyed to for thousands of years.
You lie down comfortably. Reuel guides your breathing, drums, and plays a soundtrack of music curated specifically for you. What follows is yours alone: many people experience profound relaxation, inner imagery, emotional release, or a felt sense of being made new. There is no performance and nothing to get right — the breath does the work, and you are accompanied the entire time.

What is a Shamanic Breathwork ceremony?
It is a guided journey using only your own breath — no substances of any kind. Lying comfortably, you breathe in a rhythmic, connected pattern while Reuel holds the space with drumming and music chosen for you. Many people describe deep relaxation, vivid inner imagery, emotional release, and a lasting sense of clarity.
Do I need any experience with breathwork or meditation?
No. Every ceremony begins with clear guidance and preparation, and Reuel attends the whole journey. First-timers are welcome — many of his clients begin with no background in this work at all.
Can I come with my partner, family, or friends?
Yes. Ceremonies are offered one-to-one or for intimate groups of up to five people. Group ceremonies are $111 for each additional participant beyond the first.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is powerful and is not recommended for everyone. It is not advised during pregnancy or for people with cardiovascular conditions, a history of seizures, glaucoma, recent surgery or injury, or significant psychiatric conditions. If any of these apply, please talk with your medical professional first — and tell Reuel when you book.
