The story
Healing from the inside out, since 2002
Reuel Hesterman opened his Sedona practice in 2002 and has worked from the same building at Plaza Del Oeste ever since. Over two decades of daily, hands-on work with clients taught him a consistent lesson: many symptoms are not rooted in something "broken," but in a loss of internal communication — and when the body is given the right conditions, it knows how to heal.
That understanding became CoreFlow™, his gentle, trauma-informed approach to whole-body coherence, and it shapes everything else he offers — from the Shamanic Breathwork™ Experience to The Master Wand™. He is also the author of Heal from the Inside Out.

The philosophy

Every offering in this practice shares one root: trust in the body's own intelligence. Breathwork uses nothing but breath. CoreFlow™ uses touch so gentle it is almost off the body — you stay fully clothed, and there are no oils and no massage. The work simply creates the conditions of safety in which your own system does the reorganizing.
