CoreFlow™ Sessions in Sedona
A quiet, hands-on session that invites your nervous system into safety — so your body can reorganize itself naturally, from the inside out.
The work
Your body is designed for balance
At the heart of CoreFlow™ is a simple understanding: beneath stress, trauma, and disconnection, your system still holds an innate blueprint for coherence — what Reuel calls the Core Mother Template. When life disrupts that inner communication, the body adapts for survival rather than harmony.
CoreFlow™ gently supports the restoration of that original organizing intelligence. Through subtle, trauma-informed touch and deep listening — in the spirit of craniosacral and other quiet somatic traditions — the nervous system is invited into safety, and the body is allowed to do what it already knows how to do.
CoreFlow™ is not about fixing you. It is about helping your system remember what it already knows.

Questions
CoreFlow FAQ
What is a CoreFlow session like?
Calm, quiet, and deeply restorative. You lie down comfortably and remain fully clothed. Touch is gentle, minimal, and guided by listening rather than manipulation — no oils, no massage. Most people simply rest while the nervous system settles. No effort or performance is required.
Do I get undressed? Is this massage?
No. CoreFlow is not massage. You remain fully clothed for the entire session, no oils are used, and the touch is subtle — often described as almost off-the-body work.
What might I notice afterward?
Each experience is unique, but clients often report a greater sense of grounding and internal stability, improved calm and presence, and a subtle shift toward wholeness. Some changes are felt immediately; others continue to unfold in the days after a session.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people experience a profound sense of stillness and reconnection within one or two sessions. There is no required package or commitment — begin with one and see what your system does with it.
